Marriage registration

Apply for consular review of an existing marriage for registration in the Lebanese civil records. Enter both spouses’ details and upload the marriage record and supporting documents.

For the initial review, prepare the marriage certificate, both spouses’ passports and a Lebanese civil register extract. Add the foreign spouse’s birth certificate and any available translations where applicable. Embassy staff will confirm the originals, translations and certifications required for your case.

1. Complete your citizen profile and send it for verification. You may apply while profile verification is pending.
2. Complete this form and upload clear PDF, JPEG or PNG documents.
3. Submit and download the generated application PDF.
4. Print the PDF, bring the original documents, and sign at the embassy. Staff will use the QR code or verification code to review your submission.
